Are your sitters insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every sitter is DBS-checked and covered by public liability insurance before they take on their first booking.
Which areas of London do you cover?
Most of zones 1–4, with sitters based locally in each neighbourhood. See the areas section above, or ask if you're just outside it.
Can I meet my sitter before booking?
Always. Every new booking starts with a free meet & greet at your home, so you and your pet can decide together.
What happens if my regular sitter is unavailable?
We introduce a backup sitter from the same trusted network, with full notes on your pet's routine, ahead of time.
How do I pay?
Card online for one-off visits, or a simple weekly or monthly invoice if you book regular visits.
